Return and Refund Policy

At Ibu Kristina's, all purchases are final. Due to the nature of our products (small-batch, artisanal food items), we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in the case of damage during transit.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ibukristinas.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our hot sauces and condiments are consumable food products, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect taste preference, or minor variations in color/texture that are natural to small-batch production.

Order Issues

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing a product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ibukristinas.com and we'll make it right.
